The COVID-19 pandemic is creating a wave of complications for families, especially parents in the midst of a custody dispute. For parents who are on the front lines as essential workers, such as doctors, supermarket workers, or other occupations that increase exposure to the public and, as a result, an increased risk of contracting the virus, they risk temporarily losing custody.
