- Preparation of Statement of Net Worth
- Preparation of Request for Judicial Intervention & Preliminary Conference
- Appearance at Preliminary Conference
- Meetings, phone calls, emails, negotiations
- Research and office time
- Subpoenas and other discovery
- Court appearances and conferences
Uncontested Divorce (with or without children) - $1,200
Services include:
- 30-minute consultation with matrimonial attorney prior to commencing divorce action
- Review of client’s intake information for accuracy and consistency.
- Filing all documents in Court
- Automatic updates on progress of divorce
- Calculation of CSSA basic child support obligation (if children are involved)
- Judgment of Divorce mailed to spouse and filed in court
- Note of Issue mailed to spouse and filed in court
- Court Certified Copy provided
- Office time
Prenuptial Agreements - Starting at $2,500
Services include:
- Drafting of agreement
- 2 hours of review and negotiation
