Mediated Joint Discovery

Mediated Joint Discovery saves both parties time and substantial counsel fees. In every divorce matter whether litigated or mediated both parties must ascertain the total net worth, earnings and liabilities of both parties. We assist you in determining these amounts and creating a Statement of Net Worth for each party. There are certain standard formulas used by the court to determine child support and maintenance which we will provide based on your statement of net worth. Upon completion of the Statement of Net Worth the parties can continue in mediation or they can retain their own attorneys and negotiate a divorce settlement. Either way the parties could save thousands of dollars in legal fees by participating in Mediated Joint Discovery.

Our hourly rate for mediation is $250 per hour with a minimum fee of $4,500 upon successful completion of a settlement agreement. Mediated Joint Discovery is based solely on an hourly legal fee of $250 per hour.
